Remarks
SourceArray and TargetArray can be string or numeric arrays with different types: thinBasic will make necessary string/numeric or numeric/string conversion.
SourceArray can have multiple dimensions: TargetArray will be re-dimensioned with the same dimensions.
Restrictions
Only string or numeric arrays are supported.
