Add a string value to a combo box control.
Syntax
There are multiple syntax depending what best fit programmer needs.
COMBOBOX ADD hwnd, ctrlID, sTxt
COMBOBOX ADD hWnd, ctrlID, sTxt [, sTxt [, ...]]
COMBOBOX ADD hWnd, ctrlID, sTxt USING sSep
