Description
Returns time elapsed since Start event.
Optionally store a string used to better describe the exact elapsed moment.
Syntax
n = <cTimer>.Elapsed[(Type [, sDescription])]

Remarks
This method sets an internal intermediate time. See Intermediate_Count and Intermediate_Get methods.
