Description
Returns a Time for a given file.
Returned Time depends on nChoice parameter.
Syntax
s = File_GetTime(sFile, nChoice)
Returns
Returns a string
The requested file Time or an empty string if the function fails.

Remarks
The returned string is in the "hh:mm:ss" format.
