Verify a path string fixing some common problems returning a valid path.

Common problems fixed by this function:
•double back slash \\ will be transformed into single back slash \
•add final right backslash if missing
•replace slash / with backslash \
Restrictions
sPath parameter must be a path only. Do not pass path + file name. Only path.
