Description
Deletes the indicated TAB page.
Syntax
n = TAB_PageDelete(hWnd, ctrlID, PageNum)

Remarks
PageNum always starts from 1.
If PageNum page has a callback function associated with it, %WM_DESTROY message will be fired to the callback. This can be used to perform some actions before the page (and all controls associated with it) will be definitely destroyed.
