Extract files from a compressed Zip file.
Syntax
n = ZLib_Extract(sZipFile [, OutputDirectory])
Returns
Number.
0 (zero) means success
<> 0 means error (see error code)

Remarks
IMPORTANT: Relative or absolute paths included in compressed files will be recreated starting from OutputDirectory path.
