Description
Get/Set character to use as field delimiter during <cCSV>.Load operations.
Syntax

sChar = <cCSV>.Char.Delim
'---SET
<cCSV>.Char.Delim = sChar
Returns
String, single delim character.
Remarks
Restrictions
Char delimiter must be 1 single char long.
You need to set delimiter before a call to <cCSV>.Load.
