Description
Converts a string of hexadecimal digits to the corresponding binary value.
Syntax
s = Hex_To_Bin$(StringBuffer)

Remarks
Each couple of hex bytes present into the input string is converted into 1 byte representing it binary representation.
For example "4161" string will be converted into "Aa" string
