Description
Indicates to the system that a thread has made a request to terminate (quit).
It is typically used in response to a %WM_DESTROY message.

Remarks
This function is a special version of the standard API PostQuitMessage.
It is "special" because it has to communicate with thinBasic MDI engine in order to clear and shutdown internal message loops.
